Joshua Stockwell is a Sales Associate at McGrath’s Rylstone office, committed to helping local owners realise the value of the regional properties. Growing up in Kandos, Josh returned in 2019 after spending many years working in senior marketing roles for some of Australia’s most respected brands.

Since his return, he has been an active volunteer in the community and is now excited to join Elizabeth and the entire McGrath team where he can help connect new buyers to local property owners. As a communications major, Josh tackles every sale with a focus on open, transparent, and honest interactions. Josh is excited at the prospect of new industry entering the local market and the reigniting economic prosperity and job security for his community.
