This is an exceptional opportunity for a motivated individual looking to launch a long term career in real estate within one of the Central Tablelands’ most successful and award winning teams.
McGrath Central Tablelands is now inviting applications for our Real Estate Sales Academy, designed to develop the next generation of real estate professionals.
As a member of the Sales Academy, you will work closely with a high performing sales team, gaining hands on experience while learning the skills, systems and strategies required to build a successful career in real estate sales.
This is a career pathway role designed to develop the knowledge, confidence and experience required to progress into a fully independent Sales Agent. You will learn directly from some of the most successful agents in the region while supporting the team in achieving their goals and KPIs.
Within the first 12 months, the role will focus on:
- Developing a strong understanding of both the sales side of real estate and the behind the scenes administration processes, learning how campaigns progress from listing through to settlement
- Prospecting for new sales opportunities via phone and face to face interaction
- Building and managing client relationships within our CRM database
- Handling phone and email enquiries and coordinating appointments for the sales team
- Assisting with Open Homes and property inspections
- Delivering exceptional client care and buyer follow up
- Assisting with building & pest inspections, valuations and contract processes
- Supporting the team with campaigns, administration and general sales activities
- Learning the systems, processes and strategies that drive successful real estate sales
To be successful in this role you will:
- Ideally live in or around Mudgee or the Central Tablelands region
- Hold a current driver’s licence and have access to a vehicle
- Be well presented, professional and confident
- Have excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Be highly motivated and eager to build a long term career in real estate
- Demonstrate a strong work ethic, resilience and a positive “can do” attitude
- Enjoy working in a high performance, KPI driven environment
- Be a team player who is willing to learn from experienced agents
- Be currently completing or interested in starting a Certificate IV in Real Estate Practice (preferred but not essential – this will form part of your training)
