Friday Frenzy - Autumn Edition
Following the success of our February event, Friday Frenzy returned this Autumn, and the event brought together buyers, sellers and local businesses for a great community event.
In addition to our properties going to auction, we auctioned off a E-Bike and held a charity BBQ in support of RUN DIPG. We raised over $3,200 for a great cause!
Across the 28 day Friday Frenzy Auction campaign, we’ve seen 5 properties sold prior to auction, with 1 property sold under the hammer, brining our current clearance rate to 40% in line with major metro markets.
Days like this are a reminder of what makes our region so special, people showing up, supporting one another, and backing a great cause.
