As part of our onboarding with the Tapi system, we are also rolling out QR codes across all of our managed properties whist completing routines. These QR codes will be individual to each property, and tenants can easily scan this to use the tenant concierge service and report maintenance. This inclusion by Tapi to their system makes it even easier for tenants to access appliance information and log maintenance requests quickly and accurately, and for our office to be getting the most information possible about the repairs before passing them on to landlords as well.

Implementing these improvements are helping our office to create a smoother, more efficient experience for all parties, including our trades as well who also rely on us to give them all of the information required to be able to complete the job as quickly and effectively as possible.

The best part is that as a landlord you don’t need a Tapi login – all updates come to you via email for you to action, and you are able to view the entire log of the maintenance request through the link provided in the email.
